Raevti Bole, MD is a fellow in Male Reproductive and Sexual medicine at the Cleveland Clinic. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto followed by a MA in Biotechnology at Columbia University. After earning her medical degree at the University of Kentucky, she moved to Minnesota to complete her residency in urology at the Mayo Clinic. Her clinical interests include male sexual medicine, male infertility and BPH.

Juan Jose Andino, MD, MBA
Dr. Juan José Andino is a Male Reproductive Medicine & Surgery Fellow at UCLA. After completing his medical school and residency training at the University of Michigan, he is dedicating an additional year of training in all aspects of men’s health, andrology and male fertility. Beyond his clinical interests, Dr. Andino has developed his academic background in telehealth evaluation and implementation and has participated in health policy initiatives and workgroups with the AUA to help translate research into health policy and advocacy to the benefit of urologic patients.
Priyanka Bearelly, MD, MPH
Priyanka Bearelly, MD, MPH
Priyanka Bearelly, MD, MPH originally grew up in California, and ultimately moved to the Northeast for the majority of her education. She attended Boston University for both her undergraduate studies and medical school. She also received a master’s in public health from Boston University with a focus on international health. She completed her residency at Boston University Medical Center followed by an Andrology Fellowship at Brown University. Dr. Bearelly has since moved to Utah to join the Division of Urology at the University of Utah. Her clinical interests include men’s health, male infertility, BPH, and kidney stones.
Kelli Gross, MD
Kelli Gross, MD
Kelli Gross, MD, is a fellowship-trained urologist specializing in Male Infertility and Men’s Health. She completed her undergraduate work at the University of Texas at Austin, graduating with a BA in Studio Art and a BS in Psychology. She earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch and completed her residency at the Mayo Clinic in Arizona. Dr. Gross elected to pursue an additional year of training at the University of Utah focusing on Male Infertility and Men’s Health. Her practice consists exclusively of Male Infertility, Men’s Health, Erectile Dysfunction, Peyronie's disease and surgical management of Testicular Pain. She also performs holmium laser enucleation of the prostate (HoLEP), and is the only surgeon in Utah to do this surgery at the current time.

Michael Palinchik is a Senior Physician Recruiter at Cleveland Clinic connecting the best talent with world-class opportunities. He is a prior co-Chair of the Membership committee for the Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment (AAPPR). His interests include physician recruiting, team building, and contract negotiation.

Michelle Seifert, CPRP is the Director of Physician Recruitment at the Cleveland Clinic. She was an inaugural member for the Cleveland Clinic Office of Physician Recruitment – started in Sept 2001. Initial Cleveland Clinic Recruitment department started with 2 people and has grown into a department of 30 one of the largest In House recruitment teams in the country. She has also sat on the Board and held other leadership positions within the national recruitment society- Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment (AAPPR). She lives in Mentor, Ohio with her husband and 2 adult children.
David Yang, MD
David Yang, MD
David Yang, MD, is a Urologist in the Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato, MN practicing Urology with a focus in Men’s health conditions. He completed medical school at Indiana University and urology residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota.
